1. Do you agree that Hon’ble Supreme Court judgement declaring ‘Right to Privacy’ as Fundamental Right is a landmark judgement? Examine its implications on the issue of section 377 of Indian Penal Code.

2. The Constitution of India is neither flexible nor rigid enough but it is a synthesis of both. Explain the power of Parliament to amend the Constitution and procedure therefor. Do the state legislatures have any role in constitutional amendments?

3. The role of governor often becomes matter of debate whenever there has been political instability. Examine the powers and functions of the governor. Do you feel that there is a need to codify the discretionary powers of the governor?

4. Critically examine the various issues associated with the Article 35A of the Constitution of India. Do you agree Article 35A discriminates on the basis of gender? Discuss the implications in case it gets abolished.
